Founder’s Message
At Pelletier Strategies, we understand the importance of people AND process when it comes to driving continuous improvement through your business platform. In a sea of consulting services, lean experts, Six Sigma Black Belts, and efficiency experts, it’s easy to get lost in the pack. We at Pelletier Strategies differentiate ourselves by combining those technical skillsets with expertise that focuses on the organizational development, industrial psychology and the cultural transformation that must take place to ensure the efforts put in on the process side are maximized and sustained. Without that focus, even the best efforts will be short lived, unsustained, and looked back upon as a “flavor of the month.”
There are scores of firms that can come in to a business and teach the nuts and bolts of continuous improvement and lean enterprise tools and skills that have been developed over the years. However, tools are only as effective as the people tasked with using them day-to-day and as strong as the underlying organizational culture that is there to support them.
The main value from a continuous improvement effort comes from driving the organizational and cultural work along with the technical disciplines so that the results are not short term but rather are sustained. Also, this organizational and cultural work will leave your firm with an ability to be able to continue down the path of continuous improvement independently and autonomously.
We know we have done our job when our customers are both happy with the effort and results that have taken place, but that is just the beginning. Our job is not done until they can confidently continue to drive the execution of their new lean enterprise internally. This is due to the fact that they end up with the people and processes in place where the experts are now internal to the firm and the execution of the lean enterprise is not part of what you do but it is the lifeblood of the company and is what you do.
Our team is comprised of professionals with diverse backgrounds. We have experts in Lean Manufacturing that have learned from the teams that initially developed the Toyota Production System in Japan. We have six sigma experts and executives that specialize in organizational development and psychology. Our team is not comprised of career consultants but rather individuals who have been directly responsible for Lean transformations within the companies in which they were managers, directors, and executives. They understand what it is like to undertake the challenge and have the direct responsibility for driving end-to-end change within a business and are ready to put that experience to work for you
If you are ready to undertake a true end to end transformation that leads to true breakthrough results that will drive SUSTAINABLE operational excellence and ensures you truly have a culture of continuous improvement from the corner office to the shop floor, then please contact us at Pelletier Strategies. We have the people, tools, techniques, and expertise to truly transform your culture and drive tangible and sustainable results that will directly impact your bottom line. We look forward to the opportunity to serve your business needs.
